Rate:

Rate based on double occupancy – full board – breakfast – lunch – snack – dinner – water – tea – coffee

Single Room:

Any solo participant will have to pay a supplement for a single room. If it is possible to share a room with another participant, this supplement will not be charged.

Cancellation Policy:

• 0 to 60 days before arrival, 100% of the stay rate
• 61 to 90 days before arrival, 50% of the stay rate – However, the deposit is transferable to another period within one year. In this case, and in case of rate increases, the new rates will apply.
• 91 days and more, no fees

Non-refundable domestic flights or transfer fees upon registration.

Group Cancellation Policy (8 participants and more):

30% deposit upon registration, non-refundable. Second payment of 20% at 90 days before arrival. Balance at 60 days before arrival Cancellation:

• 0 to 60 days before departure, 100% of the stay rate
• 61 to 90 days before departure, 50% of the stay rate

Rate Modification:

Only in case of an increase in the price of fuel in Indonesia and/or the IDR/Euro/Dollars exchange rate at the time of registration, Ambon Dive Resort reserves the right to modify these annual rates and commits to notify at least 60 days before departure.

Payment:

The full payment of the stay must be made no later than 60 days before arrival.

Special Diving Conditions:

Ambon Dive Resort reserves the right to prohibit diving for participants in the following cases:

• Non-presentation of the diving level
• Non-presentation of a medical certificate of no contraindication less than one year old.
• Also, if the participant does not follow the safety instructions related to diving.

Insurance:

Ambon Dive Resort undertakes to provide liability insurance for its instructors and clients. This insurance does not cover any expenses related to a terrestrial or diving accident. We strongly recommend that each participant be covered for accidents and for assistance and search costs.
